The 3rd Day of Telugu Desam Party Mahanadu began at Visakhapatnam. The Meet decided to stop the procedure of asking to Center to step down and give more powers to the states.
TDP Resolution was introduced at the Mahanadu held at Visakhapatnam today. Chief Minister said that the days of One Party domination has gone and that these days are favoring to coalition party. He said that decentralisation of power to the state governments is necessary. He blamed the Congress party for the delay in conduction of Local elections in various Panchayats. He promised of better services to all municipalities in the state. He said in confidence that it is the Telugu Desam Party that will be winning in the upcoming Panchayat Elections. He also released a CDROM on the Mahanadu programme. CM left for Hyderabad at about 5 PM. Those who were with him were Home Minister Sri Devendar Goud, Parliament Member Sri Venugopala Chari, Prof. Laxmanna and others. Sri Yerram Naidu criticised the Congress for opposing the Economic reforms being introduced by the Government without proper understanding.
The 3-day Telugu Desam Mahanadu came to an end today. The resolutions being passed on the concluding day were on

- Protected Water Supply
- Vision 2020
- Information Technology
About 30 resolutions were passed during the 3 day meet.
