CM meets Railway & Finance Ministers in regard to Telengana Projects

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu met Minister for Railways Mr. Nitish Kumar and asked the Ministry to see that the various pending projects in Telangana region to be quickly completed and financial allocations be made at the earliest. He also met the Finance Minister Mr. Yeswanth Sinha and discussed on the economic development reforms to be taken. Among those who were present with the CM are Mr. Yerram Naidu, Mr. Yenamala Ramakrishnudu, Mr. Vadde Sobhanadreswara Rao and others.

Congress Leader Mr. Jeevan Reddy said that the State Congress has to take Discipline Action on Congress Members who were holding talks in favour of Mr. T Chandra Sekhar Reddy. Mr. Jeevan Reddy said some of the Congress members have been participating in certain meetings which discussed on anti-congress and that action should be taken. He said that it is not right to form a Telangana Congress Forum within the State Congress Party.
Home Minister Sri Devendar Goud said that the Government has never forgotten the Telangana region and that the development activities will be intensified to make sure that the people never feels so. He said that Revolving Funds and other funds to the Women Groups will be allocated to Telangana.
The State Congress said that the recently held Chief Ministers Conference has proved to be nothing. Speaking to the press, APCC spokesman Sri Rosayya said that no good decisions that were really good for the farmers were discussed.
The Shadnagar Police has arrested a group of people who used to take minor girls from various places and sell them to Prostitute homes. One girl who got angry at her parents belonging to Mahaboobnagar was recently found and released from them.
CBI Joint Director Sri Niraj Kumar said that the Intelligence Police has arrested some persons who were involved into the decoit of idols from various temples in Nellore.
6 persons died at various places in the state due to sun stroke. The temperatures in the state were in record high for the past few years.
A Rowdy sheeter escaped form Police custody in Guntur district. Police have fired two rounds but the rowdy managed to escape. One person was injured in the operation.
An Ex-Surpanch of Midjil Mandal of Mahaboobnagar was killed by the Naxals.
