Opposition party members raised the question of procurement of some old machinery in some Government Hospitals in the state. BJP Members asked the Government to put in a CBI Enquiry into the issue. Congress members said that the state of some Hospitals was very bad that doctors were forced to use old syringes. Chief Minister said that due action will be immediately taken against such doctors and enquiry will be made into the issue.
MIM Leader Sri Oyassi asked for a CBI enquiry into purchase of Antibiotics made by middle men and not through the Government prescribed channels. CM said that Discipline action or dismissal will be done against any Government employee who was involved in corruption.
Spot Valuations for SSC Examinations will begin from today.
CLP Leader Sri Rajasekhar Reddy questioned why the Government was not keen in filling of 39,000 SC & ST Backlog Posts. Replying to the question, Minister K Puspaleela said that she will come back with the complete details from various Departments.
Delhi High Court rejected CLP Leaders Sri Rajasekhar Reddy's writ petition asking for CBI enquiry on the properties of Chief Minister Sri Chandrababu Naidu saying that the case which was withdrawn at the High Court cant be accepted in the same form
