MIM leaders bring the issue of comments by VHP in Hyderabad under section 295A. Home Minister Sri Devendar Goud replied that he will look into the issue and get back with a reply to the house. He said that strict action will be taken on any one who comments or makes a word against any particular religion in the state. MIM Leader Sri Asiruddin Owaysi said that unless the Govt. acts immediately failing which the Kanpur issue would appear in Andhra.
The Government said that it will be spending Rs. 125 Crores towards construction and modernisation of various grounds including the Gymkhana Grounds so as to make them ready for the next National Games to be held in Andhra Pradesh.

The Anantapur district police have unearthed a plot by Soori, who got a suite case bomb to kill his rivals who are members of the ruling Telugu Desam Party including Mr. Paritala Ravi. A Leopard was found killed in Yellandu area of Khammam District by some unknown poachers. The leopard was killed with an electric fence. Both the Forest Dept. police and the Local police authorities are investigating the case.
The Police and the PWG Naxals exchanged fire in Karinmnagar. No one was found to be injured in the encounter.
