TDP releases its manifesto for Panchayat Elections
BJP and TDP Party members ware holding talks at both NTR Trust Bhavan and at the CM residence for a possible sharing of seats in the upcoming ZPTC Elections. However, both the TPD and BJP candidates have been filing their nominations at various district headquarters. This is evident in areas including Kurnool, East Godavari, Visakhapatnam and other areas. State BJP Unit however said that the talks between the two parties will be fruitful.
TDP releases its manifesto
TDP Party leader Sri Chandrababu Naidu released the Party manifesto today. He said that over 100 GO's were brought about during the years of TDP rule and that Rs. 13449 Crore will be allocated for the development of Panchayats. He said that TDP will be working on uninterrupted power supply in all districts of the state.Replying to comments done be Congress Spokesman Sri Rosayya, Sri Chandrababu Naidu said that when states like Karnataka were unable to supply power to the farmers even for 5 to 6 hours, how can Andhra provide free power.
Congress and CPM goes hand in hand
Congress and CPM candidates have jumped into filing of nominations with a strategy in Khammam. Congress Leader Sri P Sudhakar Reddy said that even though there are differences between both Congress and CPM, he felt that this would not effect the election result.
TDP party will be beginning its party starting election campaign from Tirupati beginning tomorrow. The campaign will begin from a public meeting at Sri Venkateswara University Stadium. TRS said it will be submitting a memo to the Governor on how the TDP led Government is misutlising funds and official machinery for its own use.
PCC President Sri M Satyanarayana Rao said that it is impossible for TRS to shape a separate Telangana when its leader Sri Chandrasekhar Rao moves in Helicopters.
Rayalaseema IG Lokendra Sharma said that the Police have taken all steps and that Legal action will be taken on any factions group that violate the law.
Nellore Police arrested 4 persons involved in creation of fake certifications and Stamp pads.
A former PWG Commander filed papers on behalf of the TDP Party for the ZPTC Elections in Sirikonda mandal of Nizamabad district.
About 28 landmines being planted by Naxals were unearthed in Nalamalla range of Amrabad area by the Achampet police.
The exams of MA ( Jyothisam ) being conducted by Potti Sriramulu University were postponed from the scheduled date of July 2nd to July 23.
