BJP President Sri Chilakam Ramachandrudu blamed the TDP Party for its loss in elections

Counting of Local Elections begins

Chief Minister Sri Chandrababu Naidu has held a high-level meeting with Officials on DWACRA Groups performance. He asked them to concentrate on imparting training and marketing strategy for sale of the produce.

TDP Party President Sri Chandrababu Naidu said that TDP has won quiet good number of seats in the elections and that people have chosen Congress in some areas as an alternative. He felt that the hike in power prices and failure of TDP to provide minimum price for the farmers prices is the reason for the loos.

State BJP President Sri Chilakam Ramachandrudu blamed the TDP Party for its loss in the recent elections. Speaking at a Press Conference in Hyderabad, he said BJP was able to procure quiet good number of seats. He said that the members will be meeting in Hyderabad to analyse the election results.

Chief Minister Sri Chandrababu Naidu has held a meeting with officials of R & D Department in regard to computerisation works of Roads in the state. He said that the work should be completed quickly and upon completion, this will allow the Government to make a scientific planning to undertake maintenance works of roads in Panchayats and traffic related problems.

Congress says TRS's decision to participate in elections may hinder the Telangana statehood. Speaking with the press, APCC President Sri M Satyanarayana Reddy said that though the elections has shown that Telangana issue was among the people's minds, he felt that TRS would have not participated in the elections and continue to fight for the statehood.
