SAI organises Population Day rally
Sports Authority of India organised a Population Day Rally to bring about awareness among the public and explaining about the problems faced by big families. About a thousand children and youth participated in the run.

Minister stages Dharna on Postal Ballot issue
Minister Sri Ch Ayyannapatrudu staged a Dharna today on news that some MDO's have shown favour to Congress candidates and releasing Postal Ballots yesterday in Visakhapatnam.

MCH begins demolition of old buildings
Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad began demolishing of about 126 old houses that were weak and ready to fall. Municipal Authorities said that notices to the owners have already been sent in this regard. They said that this action was taken in order to avoid falling of these old houses due to rains.

Mr. Dr. M Vidyasagar, Vice-President of Tata Consultancy Services said that they were disco in 1940's and ever since it remained a very hot topic. He spoke on "Applications of Artificial Neural Networks to solve engineering Programmes" held at Dr. B R Ambetkar Auditorium, College of Engineering, Andhra University today.
