Chief Minister said that an enquiry will be done into incidents and clashes between members of the TDP and the Congress at various Janmabhoomi Programs in the state. Speaking at the Visakhapatnam Airport on his way to Vijayanagaram where he took part in Grama Sabhas, he said that he will check if the questions raised at the Janmabhoomi program were those of the farmers or those being raised by regional political members.

BJP leader Mr. Paritala Ravi suggested TDP to take advice from experts instead of just releasing White papers on various problems.

The Police has restricted the entry of people into Grama Sabhas in Vijayawada to whom they thought are distrubing the Sabha atmosphere.

The Telugu Association of North America (TANA) announced that it will be giving scholarships to 8 students to a tune of USD 2000 a year.

Special Poojas were being conducted at Vaishava Temples in the state. Special Poojas were held at the Srirangam Temple and at Tirumala Tirupati. Devotees took the Darshan of the Lord after taking the Vaikunta Dwara Darshanam.

Meanwhile, a Security personnel lost his service revolver at the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthnam when he is escorting the Chief Minister's wife. He hid the revolver between the pillars of the temple and covered it with a cloth. But upon his return he could not find it there. Luckily, another security person who found this has kept it with him. In another incident, CM's wife was found missing from the Security zone. She was later on found at the dragging the Chariot where she missied grif and fell down.
