A Major fire accident broke at Sri Ramanjaneya Cold Storage Plant early this morning.

Minister for Home Affairs Mr. Devender Goud said that all Police Stations in the state will modernised with the latest communications and artillery. He said that this modernisation will be completed in step by step level. He also said that the Visakhapatnam Central Jail will be shifted to the new premises shortly by the Chief Minister.

A 3 Day International Workshop on Ceremic Research began at Hyderabad. The Workshop is being organised by Indian Ceremic Society. Mr. Ganguly of Central Atomic Reseach Center said that Ceremics play a mojor role in this new millenium.

3 people belonging to a family died when a fire broke out in an old Iron shop at LB Nagar in Hyderabad.
