Misusers of Government Administration willl be punished - says CM
Chief Minister Sri Chandrababu Naidu said that due importance will be given to all stages of the administration system in the state including the Panchayat. However, he said that those who misuse or fails to fulfil their duties will be strictly punished.

TDP Leader Sri Chandrababu Naidu said that they will say a good-bye to the NDA Government if there is any slight modification to the NDA Agenda.

The Central Government announced that the previous University Grants Commission Vice-Chairman Sri Satchidananda Murthy will be honoured with Padma Vibhusan Award. Poet Sri Boyi Bheemanna, Hyderabad Central University Vice Chancellor Sri Pallam Rama Rao, Prof Siva Kumar are selected for Padma Bhushan award while DVS Raju, Industrilist Sri Anjireddy, Dr. Dasari Prasada Rao, Dr S V Rama Rao, Dr Soma Raju & Dancer Ms. Sobha Naidu will be presented with Padma Sri award.

A 2 Day National-level Workshop on Communication diseases and their Prevention through Homeopathy began at Hyderabad. State Minister for Health & Medicine Smt. S Aruna inaugurated the workshop and highlighted the role of Homeo-medicine during the last years Brain-fever crisis in the state.
