Reports said that CLP Leader Mr. Raja Sekhar Reddy has been blocked by supporters of Telugu Desam party in Tiruvengalapuram of the Badvelu Constituency at about 6:30 PM. They questioned YS on why he is still campaining in the area even though the campaign time is over. YS replied that he is going to Tiruvengalapuram to nominate Congress Polling agents. YS was later released at 11:30 PM after the Police came into action.

TDP President Mr. Chandrababu Naidu campaigned in many parts of Guntur District and asked the people to take a wise decision and pick up the TDP candidate as their choice. He earlier visit the Temple at Kotappakonda in Guntur district.
