No Hike in Taxes: Yanamala

Minister for Finance, Mr. Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said that there is no scope for hike in taxes right now. In a press conference at Visakhapatnam, he said that apart from existing taxes there is no scope for increase in taxes right now.

The APCC President Mr. M Satyanarayana Rao requested the Chief Minister Mr. Chandrababu Naidu to take immediate steps for the implementation of the AP Administrative Tribunal order regarding the recruitment to Group II services.

The Health Minister, Dr N Janardhan Reddy has asked people to switch to Iodised salt as common salt lacks iodine and causes thyroid and other problems. He is the chief guest in a workshop on "Iodine Deficiency disorders" organised by the Directorate of Field Publicity of the Government of India.
