He said that a seminar on the topic will be conducted shortly to bring about interaction with Hardware manufacturers, investors and various departments of the Government. - Special packages to industries with large scale investments
- Single Window system for immediate clearance that are required
- Large Scale industries in Hardware sector in the state.
- Allocation of 100 acres of land in Mamidipalle area

Vinayaka Chavithi is observed today by the Hindi community all over the state. Devotees of Lord Ganesh installed idols and performed special poojas.
Varasiddhi Bramhotsavams began at the Vinayaka Temple at Khanipakkam, Chitoor. The largest Idol of Ganesh is placed at Khairatabad of Hyderabad.
Godavari River water croses danger level
All roads leading to about 33 villages in Khammam were blocked with water as Godavari River water level started to increase. Badrachalam touched a level of 53.1 feet at the early hours of this morning. The Second Danger warning was raised at Davaleswaram as Godavari river continues to increase its level. 33 Villages including Badralachalam, Cherla, Chinturu etc were severely affected. Special Helicopters of the Air force were brought from Bangalore to use in case of any emergency situation.

The Vice Chairman of Krushi Bank Mr. Venu Gopal - brother of Chairman Mr. Venkatesware Rao surrendered before the police today with the help of his lawyers. Mr. Venu Gopal surrendered before the DIG of CID Police with the help of 11 lawyers. A Cash reward of Rs. 5 Lakhs was announced for those who give information about the other members of Krushi bank. The lawyers say that Mr. Venu Gopal has no involvement in the activities of the bank.
