CLP member Sri V Hanumantha Rao asked the Government to take immediate steps for recovering the bedts of APCO and come to the rescue of the weavers in the state. He said that he will be reporting the National Human Rights Society if the state fails to take any immediate steps.
Chief Minister Sri Chandrababu Naidu attended the 92nd Babu Jagjeeva Ram Jayantotsavam at Hyderabad. He said the Government will setup Special Hostels in the state.
Governor Sri Rangarajan was warmly welcomed at the Tirupati by the Collector Mr P V Satyanarayana Murthy and TTD Executive Chairman Mr. P Krisnaiah.
Mohram celebrated all over the state. Devotees of both Hindus and Muslims took part in perla pandaga processions in Hyderabad.
