Members of the CARE - a central team visited Hyderabad to investigate the recent adoption and selling of babies cases. The 2 member team visited several adoption houses in the district. The team also visited Mrs. Shalini Mishra, ICSW Office and the Aaram Ghar located in the city outstikes of Hyderabad. The team will be submitting its report to the Central CARE in 2-3 days time.
The Hyderabad Task Force People have arrested the people involved in the recent killing of a Mahesh Bank Employee and robbery. The Task Force People recovered Rs. 9.47 Lakhs for the arrested. The Sweeper of the bank was also involved in the case.
Andhra Pradesh State Trading Corporation told that it is finalising a deal to export the state grown food items to various countries in the world. About 50,000 tonnes of rice is ready to be exported to Dubai, 500 tonnes of Chillies to Sri Lanka and 18 tonnes of potatoes to Bahrain.

The Counting of tigers in the state began. The 'Tiger Cencus' is a count of the number of Tigers and Lions in the state and evaluation of the state of the ecosystem based on the Food Chain. The Cencus is active in Srisailam and Warangal forests. The Cencus of 1998 has put the total tigers in the state to be 181.
