The Minister for Medical and Health, Dr. S. Aruna inagurated Bodam Primary Health centre in Rajam mandal of Srikakulam. The PHC was constructed at a cost of Rs. 20 Lakhs. Addressing a meeting she said that the Government was paying a great deal of attention to creation of infrastructure.
The Board of Intermediate Education has decided to conduct two examinations to complete the advanced supplementary examinations for the first time in the state. The entire process will be completed in eight days with two exams every day one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
The State Government has uneviled a package for the Sircilla workers in Karimnagar district.
Good Friday observed all over the State. Special prayers were organised in the Churches.
A 3-day Sathavadhanam by Sri Nagaphanisharma began at Hyderabad. About 120 pundits were taking part in the Sathavadhanam.
12 Died in a Road accident in Sadasiva area of Karimnagar District. The accident occurred at about 2 PM when a Jeep and Lorry collided headon.
An Explosion occurred in Misradhathu Nigam Limited factory at Kanchanbagh in Hyderabad on Thursday.
