Towson University to Host Third Annual Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Classic on July 12

Under Armour and Corrigan Sports Enterprises, announced today the 2008 class
of Under Armour Lacrosse All-Americans. The 2008 Under Armour
All-America Teams, selections powered by Inside Lacrosse magazine, recognizes
the nation's 44 best high school boys' and girls' senior lacrosse players. The
boys' and girls' North versus South All-American games headline the 2008 Under

This year will also feature an expanded underclassmen tournament with teams from Baltimore, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. The Underclassmen Girls' Championship will be played at 2:00 p.m. followed by the Boys' Championship at 4:00 p.m., and the Girls' Under Armour All-America Game at 6:00 p.m. In addition, a full day of events is scheduled for attendees, beginning with the STX Lacrosse Youth Clinic at 9:00 a.m.

The Under Armour All-Americans were chosen by a panel of experts from Inside Lacrosse magazine. The Boys' All-American team features four players, C.J. Costabile, Tyler Fiorito, Matt Mackrides and Steele Stanwick, who are playing with the U.S. Under-19 team that will compete in the International Lacrosse Federation World Championship in Canada this July. The Under-19 team also features 15 players from last year's Boy's All-America Team.
The 2008 Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Classic features 88 players
from 14 states, including players from as far as Arizona, California, and
Colorado. With 26 players, New York has the most participants followed
