(''Tianren''), today announced that it has appointed Spring Liu to serve as Chief Financial Officer.
Ms. Liu assumed responsibility as the Company's Chief Financial Officer on
April 14, 2008, and reports directly to Mr. Yongke Xue, CEO of Entech
Environmental Technologies Inc. Ms. Liu is responsible for overseeing the
Company's overall financial planning, control and reporting activities. Prior
to joining Entech, she served as Corporate Secretary and Financial Reporting
Manager of Trio-tech International (Amex: TRT), where she was responsible for
implementing and documenting internal control procedures in accordance with
Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 for its U.S. operation as well as SEC filling and
reporting. She was also in charge of the company's financial reporting and
budget supervision. Ms. Liu is fluent in both English and Mandarin with a B.S.
in Accounting from
