China Voice Holding Corp. Announces New Audit Firm and Form 10 Registration Statement Progress Report

BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Voice Holding Corporation (CHVC) (OTC:CHVC), announced today that it had retained Cheung & Co., CPAs, a Kreston International Member Firm located in Hong Kong, along with their South Florida based U.S. Affiliate, as the Company's new Audit Firm. CHVC believes that because of its anticipated growth and revenue in China, the change will best serve the Company's audit needs now and in the future.

CHVC has received its first comments from the SEC relating to its Form 10, which was filed on August 6, 2008. The Company is diligently pursuing the completion of its response as well as its June 30, 2008 year-end audit, which must be filed with the Form 10. As a normal and very common step in the Form 10 approval process, the Company will withdraw its registration so that it does not become effective without SEC approval. CHVC plans to re-file its Form 10 with answers to the SEC comments and the required June 30, 2008 audited financial statements before the end of October. The Company's new auditors are currently auditing the Company's 2007 and 2008 financial statements to meet the Company's self-imposed timeline.

CHVC's Chief Financial Officer, Ron Allen said, "Our new auditors are a perfect fit to support our future plans. We are satisfied with our ability to respond to the first comments from the SEC and feel that we are very much on-track to achieve our goal of moving to a more recognized trading platform by the end of this year or early next year."
