Management's participation will consist of a presentation scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at 11:45 a.m. local time as well as one-on-one meetings with investors.

CBEH is a distributor of petroleum-related products including gasoline, diesel, and heavy oil, and a manufacturer and distributor of bio-diesel fuel.
