Shareholders voted to re-elect Shudan Zhang and Alan Powrie as directors for a three-year term and reappoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. as independent auditors of Hurray! Holding Co., Ltd. for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2008.
