AtlasTG Releases Tools V3.0, Pioneering Software as a Service in IT monitoring and Infrastructure Management, While Further Expanding Support in North America

SEATTLE, Aug. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Atlas Technology Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ATYG).

Atlas Technology Group, Inc. announces the release of AtlasTG Tools 3.0. The key new features of AtlasTG Tools 3.0 are a set of new features that enable customers to maintain monitor configuration data through the Customer Portal, streamlining of the monitor configuration process, and the addition of new monitoring functionality.

Responding to requests by customers AtlasTG is now offering the complete AtlasTG Tools (monitoring, ticketing, customer portal, and knowledge base) in a software as a service business model. Ralph Muse, CEO of AtlasTG explains: "While the AtlasTG Tools have been a competitive advantage for the core application support service business, the demand for a truly integrated offering in the IT management and monitoring space is very high. No other monitoring and ticketing systems offer this level of integration."

While providing worldwide 24 by 7 support, AtlasTG has also realigned the applications support staff to better serve the bulk of the current business, which is in North America. A new support center and corporate headquarters is now open in Seattle, WA, to provide 24 by 7 support with a higher level of technical expertise.

The present customer base while requiring 24 by 7 support does not generate the volume of night time (US) workload to properly utilize the Malta support center. The company has closed the Malta support center. The New Zealand support center will continue to provide off hours support in North America in addition to support for the Asian markets.

About AtlasTG: AtlasTG provides outsourced application software support services and software for clients with information technology functions worldwide. The company specializes in remotely supporting custom-built applications and networks using proprietary process, monitoring, and management systems. The company operates data and support service centers in Seattle, WA, and Wellington, New Zealand.
