Reverse Logistics Association (RLA) will return to Singapore for the fourth year with the Asia RLA Conference & Expo! The date of the event is October 2-4, 2007.
Attendees from throughout the South Pacific and Asia as well as many other international delegates will converge at the Le Meridian Singapore Hotel. ODMs and OEMs will be looking for Third Party Service Providers (3PSPs) that can manage Reverse Logistics in North America and Europe, along with identifying Service Logistics solutions for the Far-East. Pre-conference workshops are offered on Tuesday, October 2 and will include topics such as "Determining the Hidden Costs of Reverse Logistics" and the Dell Case Study, "Customer Experience in Reverse Logistics."
The conference kicks off on Wednesday with the Keynote Address delivered by Kerry Mok, SVP, Strategy & Marketing and Service Logistics, Asia Pacific, DHL Exel Supply Chain followed by sessions by RL Professionals, leading academics and panel discussions.
