Braning joins BandCon from global communications firm Level (3) Communications (Nasdaq: LVLT), where he was Director of Peering. Under his leadership, his unit guided Level (3) to a 100% settlement free peering. Earlier at Level (3), Braning served for five years on the backbone deployment team, during which time he participated in the roll out of their global backbone.
