Ludlow, KY (PRWeb) March 3, 2007 -- Charles Shor, president and CEO of Duro Paper Bag Manufacturing Company at www.durobag.com is pleased to announce that Norman R. Christoffersen has joined us as the plant manager for the Designer Bag Division facility in Richwood, Kentucky.

Norm has an Associate Degree in Printing & Publishing from the Milwaukee Area Technical College and both a B.S. and a Masters in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch College in Milwaukee. He began his professional career as a management trainee in Wisconsin with W. A. Krueger Company. Over the next ten years with Krueger, Norm grew and accepted additional responsibilities in a variety of roles. In 1991 Norm joined Perry Judd's Inc. where he had several assignments including pressroom manager and manufacturing manager. In 1998 Norm moved to Vertis Inc where he served as vice president and division manager. In 2005, Norm joined Quebecor World, an industry leading manufacturer of weekly and monthly magazines, catalogs and newspaper inserts, where he was vice president and general manager. While with Quebecor, Norm relocated to the Cincinnati area.

Norm is a seasoned professional with experience in leading facilities and teams of people while delivering positive results. He has excellent background in printing, process improvement and lean manufacturing. I am confident that you will enjoy working with Norm and that he will have a positive impact at the Richwood paper bag plant.
