Glenn S. Burroughs, President of the Association for Corporate Growth's (ACG) Seattle chapter, announced today that the chapter will present the Northwest Growth Financing Conference on August 9, 2007, at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center in Seattle.

Seattle, WA (PRWeb) March 29, 2007 -- Glenn S. Burroughs, President of the Association for Corporate Growth's (ACG) Seattle chapter, announced today that the chapter will present the Northwest Growth Financing Conference on August 9, 2007, at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center in Seattle.

Chairman of the conference is Franz von Bradsky who served as Chairman of last year's sold-out inaugural conference. Mr. von Bradsky is President of Green Tree Capital and has over 25 years experience serving as financial adviser to "middle market" companies.

The conference will highlight the latest trends and developments affecting the financing of "middle market" companies in the Northwest. Highly experienced investment professionals who have consummated numerous financing transactions in a wide array of industries have been assembled to provide a broad array of perspective on the current state of the market.

During the course of the day, panels will examine the vast panoply of financing available to "middle market" companies today. There will be a private equity panel, a subordinated debt and mezzanine financing panel and a panel exploring alternative financing sources such as hedge funds, business development companies, venture capital firms and second lien lenders.

The conference will conclude with the unique Middle Market Financing Roundup which will provide attendees the opportunity to go one on one with professionals from the nation's leading investment firms. Last year 45 of the nation's leading private equity firms, subordinated debt and mezzanine firms, and business development companies representing more than $40 billion of capital under management participated in the conference's signature event.
