Top collegiate hockey teams turn to Frappier's Skating Treadmill for optimum training.

Fargo, ND (PRWEB) March 28, 2007 -- Frappier Acceleration Sports Training's patented Skating Treadmill (http://www.frappieracceleration.com/equipment/hockey.cfm) is featured in the March 26, 2007 issue of ESPN the magazine. Page 42 highlights the payoffs of Cornell University's training regimen using the Skating Treadmill.

Cornell University is a private endowed university and member of the Ivy League located in Ithaca, NY. Their mens and womens hockey teams have trained on the Frappier Acceleration Hockey Program since 2003. The program features the patented Skating Treadmill, allowing players to skate at speeds up to 17 mph and elevations up to 32% grade. The treadmill is designed to increase players stride length and frequency and reinforce proper skating mechanics. “Working with universities like Cornell and seeing their commitment to the long term development of the players is a perfect match for our Hockey Program,” states President John Frappier. Cornell is among three other universities who have the Frappier Acceleration Hockey Programs in-house, including The Ohio State University, University of Minnesota, and Michigan Technological University.
