Having worked with Rideau for 38 years, Cam has extensive experience in the awards industry. With a background in manufacturing, marketing and administration, his skill and expertise has helped direct Rideau in providing service recognition programs, corporate products and performance award programs. While the retirement will take place at the end of April this year, Cam plans to remain a part of Rideau's future by retaining his seat on Rideau's Board of Directors.
