AFI Dallas Film Festival Joins Forces with Confidence Bay for Total Media Coverage

State-of-the-Art mobile edit bay on wheels joins forces with AFI Dallas Film Festival for coverage of red carpet, Hollywood style event with celebrities like, Lauren Bacall, David Lynch, Laura Dern, Sydney Pollack and others.

Austin, TX (PRWeb) March 21, 2007 -- AFI DALLAS International Film Festival (www.afidallas.com), presented by Target and founding Sponsor Victory Park, is joining forces with Confidence Bay (www.confidencebay.com), a state-of-the-art mobile edit suite on wheels. Throughout the entire 10 day event, March 22 through April 1, 2007, Confidence Bay will be working on-location to upload daily footage to AFI's website for access by the international media.

The monumental event will showcase 191 feature films and shorts with more than 200 screenings, making it one of the largest film festivals in the Southwest. AFI DALLAS will be presenting a Star Award, designed from Steuben Crystal and courtesy of Neiman Marcus, to such notables as Lauren Bacall, David Lynch, Laura Dern, Sydney Pollack and others.

Confidence Bay's unique mobile edit suite will be used for interviews, to edit footage, and deliver media to the world-wide web. These services are provided by generous donation by Confidence Bay Inc, in order to provide access to the footage and stills the press needs for complete coverage of the event.
