On March 16th Senior Tax Attorney Greg Flahive will be leaving Roni Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation to partner with his wife's estate planning firm, Law Office of Cynthia Flahive. Greg has been an integral part of the company's development and expansion into new ventures. Even though Greg will be dearly missed, the company is looking forward to an exciting future with important management changes.

North Highlands, CA (PRWeb) March 17, 2007 -- Roni Duetch, A Professional Tax Corporation is looking to a bright future after saying farewell to it's Senior Tax Attorney Greg Flahive.

On March 16th 2007 Roni Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation will say goodbye to it's Senior Tax Attorney, Greg Flahive, who has been with the company since September 5, 1997. He is taking the opportunity to partner with his wife's successful estate planning firm, Law Office of Cynthia Flahive.

"On the one hand, I am sad to leave the co-workers whom I considered my family for the last 10 years," claims Greg Flahive. "I feel privileged and honored to have worked for an incredible person like Roni Deutch. However, at the same time, I am extremely excited about the future with my wife's firm."

"Greg has been a huge asset to the success of the company," notes president and founder Roni Deutch. In the ten years that Greg has been with the company, he has led the expansion of services the company offers from Offer in Compromise preparation to include Installment Agreements, Currently Not Collectible Status, Wage Garnishment Release, Bank Levy Release and other tax services. He was also on the forefront of the development of the Roni Deutch Tax Center franchise system, which recently launched and began selling franchises.

With the departure of Senior Tax Attorney Greg Flahive, the company is taking the opportunity to make important changes to management. Shawn Ervin, who has been with the company for nearly seven years, will take over as the new Managing Attorney and Director for RDTC Inc. and Greenmark Tax Services. Attorney Mike Johnson will now become Executive Vice President of RDTC Inc., and Justin Hein and Matt Ritchie will both now become Assisting Managing Attorneys of Roni Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation. "Even though Greg will be missed, I am extremely excited about the new direction of the companies," claims Roni Deutch.

On Friday March 16th, Roni Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation will celebrate Greg's departure with a going away company luncheon. "I feel extremely lucky to have worked with Greg for the past ten years, and wish him the best in whatever the future brings," claims Roni Deutch. "I love him, and will miss him very much."
