Hayden Communications International, Inc. ("HCI"), a leading provider of investor relation services for foreign based, U.S. publicly listed companies, announced the formal launch of its new division, HCI Emerging Growth ("HCI EG").
Matthew Hayden, the founder and President of HCI, and Alan Sheinwald, the founder and President of Alliance Advisors, LLC, jointly established HCI Emerging Growth with the goal of building an organization that caters to public companies possessing strong growth prospects and solid business plans which have yet to be recognized by the broader investment community. Many of the HCI EG companies will evolve into ideal potential candidates for the HCI roster of clients as their businesses mature and the investor audience broadens. Mr. Sheinwald will serve as the Managing Director of HCI EG, while Mr. Hayden will continue as the President of the overall firm, HCI.
HCI Emerging Growth has recently been retained by three U.S. publicly traded companies with operations based in the People's Republic of China. China Direct, Inc. (OTC BB: CHND), has a two-pronged growth strategy, which includes maintaining active, majority stakes in a diversified portfolio of Chinese companies while also offering consulting services for both private and publicly traded Chinese entities. The second, China Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTC BB: CHBP), is a vertically integrated pharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery, development, manufacturing and marketing of small and large molecule pharmaceutical products, medicines, vaccines, and active pharmaceutical ingredients for the treatment of various categories of diseases. Finally, China Yingxia International, Inc. (OTC BB: CYXI) through its 100 percent-owned subsidiary, Harbin Yingxia Industrial Group Co., Ltd. ("Yingxia"), develops, produces and sells health food products in China.
