Kantar Appoints Leading Designer as its Creative Director

London, United Kingdom

Kantar, WPP's Information Insight And Consultancy Division, has appointed Aziz Cami as its first Creative Director.

The appointment is designed to help Kantar companies deliver insights in more compelling ways and to help clients and their partners visualise the way in which the insights can be deployed. This is particularly important in areas such as innovation, new product development, concept development and retail where powerful useable insights always need to be translated into real concepts which can be seen, touched, heard.

Aziz was one of the founding partners of The Partners, which has established an unrivalled reputation within the design industry for creative and commercial excellence. (http://www.thepartners.co.uk/The_Partners.html)

He has over 30 years experience in design and corporate branding and is particularly well known for the distinctive and powerful identities he has created for leading luxury and premium sector clients such as Asprey, De Beers LV, Diageo Reserve Group, Harrods, Jaguar, McLaren, Saks Fifth Avenue, Vertu and Wedgwood.

He is a leading figure in the design industry and was President of D&AD, Europe's premier association for design and advertising, in 1992-1993. He has won over 140 creative awards including D&AD Yellow Pencils, DBA Design Effectiveness Awards, The Art Director's Club of New York and Communication Arts.
