The format of the program is fluid. Prior to attending the program, attendees submit a needs assessment survey and a sample PowerPoint to use in the class. In the afternoon, each attendees presents their presentation, evaluates it in light of what's already been learned and gets feedback from the group, a videotape and the instructor.
