GSBC has acquired Wallflower in a $20 million dollar buyout. Wallflower will become GSBC Wallflower. A Dynamic Digital Signage specialist from a standing start four years ago Wallflower has become the largest supplier of DDS in Australia and New Zealand.

Bangkok, Thailand (PRWeb) January 31, 2007 -- Ronald Flynn, founder of Global Satellite Broadcasting Corporation (GSBC) and Tony Scott, CEO of Wallflower Global announced today that GSBC has acquired Wallflower in a $20 million dollar buyout. Wallflower will become GSBC Wallflower.

A Dynamic Digital Signage specialist from a standing start four years ago Wallflower has become the largest supplier of DDS in Australia and New Zealand. Paragon International Placements Ltd advised GSBC on the acquisition. A delighted Flynn said, "We are thrilled to acquire the business not just because of its dynamic user friendly technology but also wallflower has a huge footprint in Australia and New Zealand.

Flynn also said, "The people at Wallflower are terrific and Tony Scott will be staying on board as the CTO and president for the newly named GSBC wallflower."

Selling through an international network of distributors and resellers, Wallflower has become the software package of choice for many international blue chip companies such as Vodafone, Telstra, Sky City and Australia's largest Casinos. Wallflower is already supplying interactive kiosks for Mazda.

Wallflower will be announcing a roll out of kiosks for one of the world's largest sporting goods companies.
