Visual Integrity Technlogies offers pdf2image and pdf2picture, a bundled set of tools to import, edit and include PDF files in your Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Visio files

Norwalk, CT (PRWeb) January 30, 2007 -- Today, Visual Integrity Technologies announced availability of pdf2image and pdf2picture bundled together for $99. Together, these two programs enable you to incorporate and edit PDF files in most Windows applications.

Users of Microsoft Word, Publisher®, PowerPoint®, Visio®, and FrontPage® can significantly improve the quality of their output by using pdf2image to convert their PDF files into high-fidelity images that enhance their documents and web sites. Many of these PDF files can also be converted with pdf2picture into editable Office metafile (WMF) objects where the geometry of the file is converted into discreet objects and text for further manipulation and editing. Together, the two products can convert any PDF file into the ideal format for enhancing Office documents to suit the requirements of web-sites, in-house printing projects or professional publishing jobs.

"We've seen examples of engineers converting CAD drawings, office managers converting floor-plans and financial analysts converting stock charts to use in their Office applications," said Jean Haney, co-founder and President of Visual Integrity. "As different as their jobs were, they all had one thing in common -- they needed to reuse information from PDF files in their Office applications and we could help."

Intelligent filter options, selected at the time of conversion, allow users of Microsoft Office and other Microsoft Windows® applications to specify the appropriate attributes of the resulting file including items such as cropping, scale, text treatment, resolution and margin. pdf2image outputs JPEG, GIF and PMG while pdf2picture generates native Windows metafiles (WMF). Priced at $99, the pdf2picture and pdf2image bundle is available now directly from Visual Integrity® and its network of resellers and on-line outlets.
