Breakthrough Seminar Provides Integrated People and Technology Business Solutions

Genesys Method seminar program unlocks the untapped potential in companies' existing technology and human assets to help maximize efficiency, customer value and profitability.

Oceanside, CA (PRWeb) January 26, 2007 -- Quantum Learning Network (QLN), a recognized world leader in learning skills training, and Solutions Consulting Group (SCG), 2005 Worldwide Microsoft Partner of the Year for Business Intelligence, today jointly announced the launch of the Genesys Method "People Plus Technology" seminar program.

The seminar program, designed for corporate, regional and departmental managers at small to Fortune 500 companies, will give attendees specific training and tools to improve collaboration and information-sharing across their communication networks, including intra- and inter-departmental, external partners, suppliers, outsourcers and customers.

In announcing the program, QLN Vice President, Joe Chapon, said, "Genesys is a first-of-its-kind seminar program in that it shows companies how they can get more from their people and their technology by improving how the two work together. By using QLN's experiential and team approach to the learning process and SCG's real world business scenarios in the seminar, we are able to teach attendees practical techniques that they can take back to their companies and implement immediately."

"Partnering with QLN, SCG first will work to help attendees come to terms with their business model and business flow, and then analyze how their people interact with those models," said C. David Brown, SCG Practice Manager, Microsoft Dynamics. "SCG will be teaching attendees to take a "requirements first" approach to their business needs, rather than to focus first on simply selecting a technology solution based on features and external considerations."

The first Genesys Method People Plus Technology seminar will be held March 1-3, 2007 at the QLN Campus and Conference Center in Oceanside, California. Everyone who attends will receive a laptop pre-loaded with the entire seminar course material that is theirs to keep. More information, including how to register, is available at the Genesys Method website, www.GenesysMethod.com, or by calling 760-722-0072, ext. 103.
