From February 5-9, specially designed three course lunch will cost $20.07 and 3 course dinner menu offerings are served for $30.07. Winter Restaurant Week was the idea of James J. Kinney, General Manager of Baltimore's The Capital Grille. "I wanted to thank my loyal guests and friends for a fabulous holiday season by treating them to special meals at AAA special rates. The restaurant and hospitality community is built on partnerships.
