Now for the first time since the invention of reservation systems, travel agents have a powerful reservation system that employs a graphical user interface (GUI) to grant direct inventory access without the barriers of legacy systems. ReservationExpert is a web-based booking application that integrates all the travel information agents need to their desktop. No short fall penalties and no long training sessions.
ReservationExpert is a long awaited milestone in the travel industry. Travel agents can now use a universal interface to access a multitude of airlines, hotels, cruises, tours, GDS' and other inventory databases through one single interface without the need for typing any commands. This point-and-click system will perform all transactions in the background and will offer a multitude of choices including the ability to book, calculate, issue tickets, create PNRs, and confirm reservations.

ReservationExpert is available immediately. Translation in Chinese will be available in the first quarter of 2007. The product will be available in other languages by the end of the year.
