B2B Index Partners with TheSeed.com

The UK's largest business-to-business listings directory is partnering with pay per lead marketing company TheSeed.com to help SMEs generate business

(PRWEB) February 21, 2007 -- UK small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are set to benefit from a new partnership between B2B Index, the UK's leading business to business listings directory, and online marketing company TheSeed.com.

The new agreement will see B2Bindex.co.uk work with TheSeed.com to help generate new, pre-qualified business leads for SMEs in markets such as Telemarketing, Payroll Services and Document Scanning Services.

An automated web-based marketing service, TheSeed.com provides SMEs with genuine new business leads at a cost of between just £10 - £15 per lead, with no high up-front costs or lengthy tie-ins.

All leads from The Seed are pre-qualified over the phone by the customer services team before being passed on to the customer, significantly increasing conversion rates and improving return on investment (ROI). Users are reporting new business conversion rates of up to 40%, with an average rate of 18% - significantly higher than traditional forms of marketing.

The new partnership will now see The Seed working with B2Bindex to help generate even more leads for SMEs registered on its site.

B2B Index receives over one million hits a month, and lists nearly 4,000 companies in areas as diverse as Public Relations, Print Management, Web Design and Virtual Office Services. Users searching B2BIndex for providers in the business categories covered by TheSeed.com can now use a single enquiry form to contact all preferred suppliers from within B2BIndex. These enquiries will then be pre-qualified by TheSeed.com and passed on to the customer.

Phil Bridgen of The Seed said: “Both B2BIndex and The Seed specialise in the SME market so it made sense for the two to work together to help generate business for companies in key sectors. By combining the spread of B2BIndex with the targeting of The Seed we will be able to gain greater exposure for our customers and are confident they will quickly see the benefit.”
