The O Property Collection is pleased to announce the selection of ENKA Construction Company for the development of Dellis Cay shortly after the two year anniversary of the purchase of Dellis Cay on June 30, 2005.
After a worldwide search, and a global bidding process, ENKA Construction Company was selected and construction will begin by the end of 2007. The grand opening of Phase I of Dellis Cay is scheduled in fall 2009.
