PHOENIX, Aug. 13, 2007 -- The membership base of the Distribution Contractors Association just grew by one.
Helmer Risk Management - a Phoenix-based provider of specialized insurance brokerage and risk management solutions for the energy and construction industries - recently joined DCA after establishing productive working relationships with various DCA members.
