Mordecai will give a detailed overview of database concepts, including database solution types, interfacing with operators and interoperability requirements. Implementing Mobile Number Portability is organized jointly by The Telecommunication Development Bureau of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA), and will gather policy makers, regulators and service providers for interactive presentations, workshops and discussions focused on preparing for the rollout of mobile number portability.
