Two Florida women have sued ConAgra Foods, the manufacturer of Peter Pan and Great Value (Wal Mart brand) peanut butter, claiming that the peanut butter made them ill.
West Palm Beach, FL (PRWeb) April 2, 2007 -- Two lawsuits were filed in West Palm Beach, Florida against ConAgra Foods, Inc, the manufacturer of Peter Pan peanut butter and Great Value (Wal Mart brand) peanut butter. Brian Smith, a West Palm Beach attorney with Smith & Vanture, filed separate lawsuits in Palm Beach County Circuit Court. These cases arise out of the presence of salmonella bacteria in peanut butter consumed by the firm's clients and manufactured by ConAgra Foods, Inc.
