Most recently, Kolczun was Vice President of Marketing with Airband Communications, a fixed wireless service provider, where she was responsible for all aspects of marketing and product management, and was instrumental in driving the company's launch of its Voice over IP services. She has more than a decade of telecommunications experience with carriers and service providers including AirTouch (now part of Verizon Wireless), Sprint PCS, US West and several regional CLECs. As a consultant with Accenture, Kolczun has worked on business strategy initiatives for several Fortune 500 companies.

Kolczun earned a Masters in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. She also is a graduate of Stanford University.
