Senior consumer marketing and communications strategist joins agency.

With more than 18 years experience in a broad range of industries from consumer goods to professional business services, Ms. Zapcic has worked in both corporate and non-profit environments for companies such as consumer products giant Lever Brothers, where she managed a range of brands including Dove and Caress Soap, and Unilever food brands such as Thomas J.
