Patricia Grasing Krasowski Named Investment Manager By The Hampshire Companies

Morristown, NJ (PRWEB) May 5, 2006 -- The Hampshire Companies, a full service, private real estate investment fund manager with equity in assets valued at over $1 billion, is proud to announce the appointment of Patricia Grasing Krasowski as Investment Manager for The Hampshire Generational Fund.

This commingled, discretionary real estate investment fund delivers superior, above-market returns to its investors through the acquisition and operation of industrial, retail, and office properties as well as investing in other real estate funds.

In her capacity as the Generational Fund's Investment Manager, Krasowski will provide oversight of the valuation and growth of assets including the supervision of the funds' valuation methodology and tracking of the funds' key performance indicators.

Prior to joining Hampshire, Krasowski held the position of Senior Vice President for the Commercial Asset Management Group at Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, primarily serving state and local public employee pension funds. Throughout her 19 years at Sentinel, Krasowski's main responsibilities included portfolio planning, operating performance, and client reporting on office, industrial, and retail properties located throughout the United States.

Previous to that, Krasowski served as a real estate leasing representative and administrator for Petrie Stores Corporation, a nationwide chain of 1,500 ladies ready-to-wear stores.

Krasowski received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Syracuse University. A member of The Building Owner's and Management Association (BOMA) and of The International Council of Shopping Centers, Krasowski is a resident of Summit, New Jersey.
