Lead Free Equipment in PCB Assembly

(EAS), a global supplier of PCB assembly equipment for the electronics industry, recently announced their New Lead Free product division. EAS supplies both New and Pre-Owned equipment, and provides Support, Installation and Training services for a wide variety of equipment.

With the New Lead Free Division, EAS now supplies Wave Solders, RoHS Validators, Inspection Equipment and Reflow Ovens. In preparation for the Lead Free deadline the middle of this year, EAS has dedicated service personnel for equipment installations and training. Machine training is provided either on-site or at the EAS facility in Kentucky. Spare parts are kept in stock at EAS to minimize customer downtime.

EAS will be providing 1-year full warranties for all new equipment sales. Pre-Owned equipment will still be offered with warranties as well as service, support, installations and training. Equipment offered by EAS is in stock at the EAS facility in Kentucky and an "open door" policy is encouraged to allow customers the opportunity to view equipment in operation prior to purchase.
