For those who prefer, a 250 page black & white copy of the catalog is available in a three-ring binder. A subscription to the hard copy B&W catalog is $15.00 (USA zip code addresses only), with supplements and updates mailed bimonthly for a full year. On request, the $15 will be refunded with an order of $100 or more.
