The recently-issued patents (U.S. Patent No. 6,853,379; 6,876,364; 6,948,131) include the core methods of creating and delivering 3D avatar-based rich media messaging via a communications server or client-based system.
The patents cover three key aspects of Vidiator's unique and industry leading Xend(TM) 3D messaging platform:

-- Avatars created via algorithms to generate superior facial expressions derived from audio and/or visual sensing input.
