Asia, Sudoku has finally arrived in America. Funnily enough, the
original number game came from America but had to makes its way to
Japan, get renamed and slightly tweaked to make it a super hit. Ask an
American 6 months ago if they had ever heard of Sudoku and the answer
would be a flat no. Now, slowly but surely, the addictive, clever game
is being taken up by the people.
Sudoku, predominantly enjoyed by women, is a game of logic played with 9
numbers. But as any Sudoku fan would tell you, the numbers are just
symbols and their value is not taken into account when playing.
This has led to other styles of the game being created, such as Picdoku
and Lodoku. These versions of the game use pictures and logos
respectively instead of numbers. This can make the game seem less
daunting to those who have a natural repulsion towards numbers, however
don't be fooled, Lodoku can be just as challenging as any Sudoku game.
